On being told of the situation, a replacement item was received within 2 days, but this time by emergency carrier. After being posted on November 22nd, the Royal Mail got round to delivering the original item on December 14th.
On being told I was now in pssession of 2Multimats,Fairwayproducts told me to accept one as a complementary gift. Both products are of the highest quality.. It was a delight to find such a succesful and courteous response to what was initially, an annoying situation.
