Excellent little company what they can do with glass is astonishing

Appaling customer service! Came across like they don't care about my order. I had to keep chasing them to find out when my mirror would be delivered. Didn't show up when they said they would on more than 2 occasions. Not once did anyone ring me to inform me. And I was later given excuses such as ' I didn't save your number' and 'I forgot' which you would expect from a schooboy, not professional at all And I still don't have my order. Save yourself headache and go elsewhere!!

I ordered a Splashback and Upstand package from this company and I received a fantastic service, although there systems seem to be automated, I was kept up-to date by the minute as my order progressed through various stages, I received my order on the day that I was told and when I un-packed the extremely well packed items, I was pleased to see a perfect colour match to a particular Valspar colour I wanted, which they did not have on the website, the final result is I have a perfect fitting Glass splashbacks all around my Kitchen, in the colour we wanted and at a price which was very competitive - I would certainly recommend this company and I will use again when I start my Bathroom project.
