I've used this company three years in a row now. Every time the delivery has been absolutely outstanding. Today I didn't hear the doorbell, the man phoned me and we arranged to get the firewood exactly where I wanted it, even though it was a pretty awkward place. Absolutely brilliant service, highly recommended.

ID 9554. We have bought from these guys for the last few years. Got fed up with being ripped off by local sellers passing off loosely packed, damp firewood. The crates are stacked so you get the volume you expect and the logs are bone dry. No problem getting these to light, even in a small wood burner. And the crate makes great kindling.

The BEST Log company ever! !!!! HONEST (Order 9544) I've now order 3 creates of FLEXI CRATE KILN DRIED BIRCH LOGS, Over the last years or so and the quality is excellent . i burn them in a modern 4kwh swedish log burner and they last for ages, espec even more it you close all the vents and door 3 mins after lighting a sthey are quite dry so not much air is needed to get them going. the quality of the wood is superb and consistent, length as advertised and packed very neatly and as per the website. They come shrink wrapped is in plastic tough sheeting in a solidly palet type wooden cage which is easily broken up and chopped for kindling. And people moan about delivery - well not me! The same guy (for 3 yars) who delivered to me is a courier. He comes in a large luton and cant get down my street because or cars parked so what does he do? He gets the palet off the truck then walks it down the hill and up my road. - about 150 metes!! Amazing service. Then he knocks on my door and says sorry for being late l-) Then he very happily drags the grate up my drive to drop it right where i want it. Simply the best logs and company ever ! Recommended to all my log burner friends and they get the same excellent service. keep up the great work lads !

Straight forward order, desired product showing out of stock on site (was peak season to be fair) emailed and replied with in a few hours saying it should be available within a few days. Courtesy email received to advise was now in stock, so ordered straight away. Delivery was within 3 working days, 3rd party courier but pleasant with tail lift and pump truck happy to transport from kerbside to rear gate over tarmac drive. Wood burned well, was tightly packed and crate made great kindling. Would happily consider again. Order #5424
