My Property that I purchased has an electrical installation certificate complete by this company previous to completion. Tried to contact them a few times with regards to part of the kitchen not being wired up with exposed wires. Had 2 promises that they would return and check it, and still waiting.. Will be looking into this further of how I need to get this resolved now. Service: Electrical wiring installation

We had a smell of burning coming from our meter cupboard and I rang several electricians trying to get help. I had no luck in getting anyone to take me seriously until I rang PJM. They came within an hour identified it as an electricity board problem, spoke to the electricity board for me and ensured that they were going to come out to fix it before leaving and telling me that if the hadn't turned up by eight to ring PJM and he would help sort it out. GREAT customer service.
