I had problems with my drain. Josh and Shane were so helpful and kind. Josh did an amazing job and managed to remove the roots inside the drain. He explained everything to me and showed me what he was doing with his camera. I am happy to recommend them to anyone :)

Had a drain which was overflowing outside. Their team came quickly, just a few hours after the call. They tried everything to remove a suspected blockage however weren't able. They told me they were sure it was a collapsed drain outside the boundary of the terrace and to call united utilities. United utilities came and have confirmed this to be correct. The price charged was fair for the work performed and they offered sound advice. Friendly and helpful.

Had these professional and friendly guys round today to clear a blocked toilet and outside drains with standing water. I should have rang these immediately instead of wasting 3 days trying to clear this myself, as they had it done 30 minutes after arrival and explained how far the block went (more than my drain rods or hot water & soap tricks could ever reach!) Reasonably priced, super fast service (from calling them to the finished job was 90 mins), tidy, respectful and knowledgeable. Just what you want from tradespeople.
