Absolutely shocked by the terrible patient service from their receptionist called Chloe. Having been a patient on this practice's system, I phoned to book an appointment with the dentist. Chloe had no willingness to comprehend my situation and even when I explained it to her, she was totally ill-mannered, discourteous, smirked and was raising her voice at me and falsely blaming me for being rude. When I asked her to explain how I have been rude, she said and I quote" "Because I have had to repeat myself about 3 times to say the practice cannot take on any more new patients." I asked her to explain once more how that constitutes as rudeness from me. She said it is because she had to repeat herself. Unbelievable lack of care and in fact very insulating. Would never recommend this practice to anyone. Go elsewhere if you need any real care and professionalism. Worst ever behaviour from any place of healthcare.
