        After waiting 15 mins in the queue today a young girl blanked myself and a gentleman. So rude and shouted only one queue and started serving others. After years of going here I will not be returning. Manners cost nothing. Customer service skills need to be taught from the outset.

        The young woman with blond hair and glasses was incredibly rude behind the deli counter. Absolutely no need for it. Won't be going back!

        Went on Wednesday market day ( its was busy), The lamb ciabatta I had lacked taste and even more so in appearance. I expect more for the money paid. In my opinion the only reason this establishment is as busy as it is, is because its the only place in Bury Market that has adequate seating.
