Rob's helped us a lot as a same day courier! We have a great relationship with him and ParcelFast. A lot of our clients need printed items urgently and need to save time from the standard couriers. Recently, we messaged Rob late one morning asking for some business cards to be collected from our hub and delivered to Stockport urgently. I sent the Rob the details, he picked up and delivered that day, saving me valuable time to work on my business, rather than lose hours out of my day driving around. Thanks Rob!

I was very impressed with the speed of response to what was a potentially sensitive service recovery situation, that required collection from home, delivery to another home as soon as possible. Rob arrived to collect the parcel, identified himself in smart uniform and liveried vehicle, all of which reflected very well at the other end.
