I didnt read any comments before buying because they looked trustworthy but honestly, everything people says here its true, they took your money and dont let u know anything about your parcel. Total disaster!

Escalated an issue to them with my order at end of november/ start of December after having sent this back and reordered 4 times as per their customer service teams instructions (originally ordered start of Nov for a birthday at the end of Nov). This escalation was after waiting 4 days for a manager to call back when I was advised 2 days. I even had to call in and chase up the manager call myself, for them to tell me after going over it they couldn't do anything and would have to raise it to their head office. Their head office did absolutely nothing to help and just ignored letters written to them and to their CEO, they ignored this when this was reescalated. I had to contact one of the companies that they were working in collaboration with on these shoes and get them to chase their head office teams. Got the rest of the items start of Jan and sent them off. Just found out today that I've got to pay 52 for Italian customs to release them because they weren't sent before brexit thanks to sizes delays. Regret not taking them to court like I threatened in my letters as I could have at least got the cost of this back not to mention the fuel costs of taking 3 orders to be returned and my phone bills for the 3hrs 22mins and 58sec over 11 calls chasing up this escalation. Should have listen to the mates that advised me how inept and useless this company is. Tldr; they will mess up your order, their customer service teams arent able to do anything to help half the time and their head office is happy to ignore your complaints and issues cos they know it will be customer service that has to deal with us getting angry not them.

Ordered a pair of Nike air Jordans retro 6 and the delivery was left on my door step I have an open drive no fence no gate not bushes and yet this was considered a safe place by the delivery. When I reported this Size took approximately 23 days to come back and tell me they are not going to refund me with absolutely no details of this investigation what so ever even though I provided pictures of the ridiculous placed order which was sent to me in email whilst I was at work 170 miles away. I have to laugh because I will get my 170 back especially as they have now lost the opportunity to provide the trainers I ordered as they are now out of stock even though I pleaded with them to put a size 9 aside whilst they look into the matter. Size as a company need to know I am fuming more so at the fact I missed out on the trainers the rest that follows is just insult to injury and this google review is just the start and judging by other reviews on here I see Size really needs to work on customer service. I have appealed in email I have asked for a copy of their complaints procedure to which I have had no reply.
