Left without buying cim card for senior member of family.Two assistants were in the shop, one was busy with the another client. Available assistant refused to help us to buy cim card and add payment to the family package, referring us to the another assistant who was already engaged. Available assistant was with friends doing them favour, was busy with them telling us that he s not serving clients with the contact for sim family package. That was very unfair as all clients are clients and need to be helped regardless if they have contact or no contract. We left without cim card, before us there was another senior client that left without help. Tesco, Brookfiel centre, Cheshunt. 2nd January 12:00-12:35.

Bought phone 27/11/2022 my number has still not been migrated over to the new phone . Complained probably 6 or 7 times . Absolutly the poorest customer service i have ever had from any company.
