Co-op Food - Walmersley

This particular co op has gone rapidly downhill,used to shop here regularly as live very local last few trip none of the products on the shelves shop is a mess with stock waiting to be loaded on the shelves and just left in the middle of the aisles including the fresh milk no staff around to be seen. No products available that I actually went to buy and one young member of staff left to serve both the till and the self service and the delivery for Uber eats so your waiting around either way. What used to be a lovely convenience shop no longer serves any purpose.

One star is all there worth I'm sorry to say, if prices are right why is it this shop coop on walmersley rd is more expensive then, morrisons, sainsburys, and Tescos put together. I've never seen such expensive prices as coop has, and the amount of staff they get through in a month is ridiculous, new faces every time. The service is poor as well, nothing good about serving people with a grumpy fave and a chip on your shoulders. There manager as just as bad who visit they look down on you like you rubbish on the floor.

Doing an Uber order and being given peppercorn sauce instead of what I actually wanted. Then ringing and being laughed at on the phone. Lack of staff training and respect
