Axio Development

I first encountered Axio Development back in 2010 when I was the Team Leader to a cross discipline electrical and civils engineering team working closely with a private highways contractor on a Large PFI for Manchester City Council. Axio provided a team building service both on site and off, this was a great success with operational performance and individual relationships improving within days. I have since moved on from Manchester Council and used Axio to provide Customer sales and interaction skills training with the team at Power Data Associates, again this was a success and very well received by the team. I would not hesitate to use them again, great value for money.

I took part in leadership course ran by Axio. Although I had several years management experience I found the course both helpful and useable. It helped me confirm my approach and gave me the added confidence needed in making key decisions. One of the major points for me was the interaction with like minded managers. Highly recommended.

The Exec Development Programme was the first course I attended surrounding Leadership and Management after becoming a manager in 2012 and since that time I have been on many other courses; none of which impacted me as much as this one did. This course is perfect for those just starting out on the management path but also those who have been managers/leaders for a while but may not have received much support in their role. It was great to be part of a group made up of individuals from different backgrounds and industries as this added to the learning experience but also the team worked well with each individual in the room too and so the training felt bespoke to each of us. We have put a number of our management team on this course as it really is a game changer and anybody who puts effort into this programme will get far more in return.
