Food usually pretty good but a real shame about the customer service and the fact that the order always seems to be wrong and they don't seem to want to rectify it, ordered shredded crispy chicken with no sauce for my kids and it came smothered in chilli sauce then was asked if they can give it us next time?? No good with only half a meal. Had to really argue to get them to bring the correct order and with fresh chips as all the other food was going cold while we had to wait another half an hour for the correct item to come. Not the first time they have got it wrong and now won't be using again which is a shame. Kid-friendliness: Didn't seem to care that the order for children was wrong and they wanted to give it us next time, kids don't want to wait when they are hungry and half of their meal is not good enough
