I had my Scirocco in for what I thought was a timing chain issue. They diagnosed it as a water pump/thermostat issue which could have put the car into limp mode.
They booked me in to fix it and were very up front and transparent with what they would do and the price. It really put my mind at ease.
I'll be using them for everything from now!
