        After ringing one number for nearly ten minutes with no reply I rang Fairfield hospital for help. They gave me another number to call. After twenty minutes I gave up. Does anyone actually work there? Imagine I'm a pensioner, not having the Internet and having to pay for a phone call for twenty minutes without speaking to anyone.
