    Wouldn't recommend. I was fairly happy buying a car from this garage at first - quick service, easy to come and test drive, good comunication. But, when we received the car, the valeting was superficial and there was massive amounts of dog hair between all the seats. They had also not fixed the broken windscreen control we had asked them to. Then, the day after I bought it, we broke down in the middle of the night because the battery wasn't maintaining charge. We phoned the garage and asked them to give us a refund on the battery and they said they would but they needed to wait for the manager to get back from holiday to do the transfer. They said it had been fully approved and sent to accounts but they just need to wait for him to return. After three weeks of this, they said they actually weren't going to refund it. I complained and they stopped answering my emails. Ended up having a really terrible, stressful experience. Wouldn't recommended as they don't seem to have the customers' welfare in mind.

    They sold me a car with a weak battery, ended up couldn't start the car up twice within two weeks, and said I should have noticed it when I buy the car. How would I know? I am buying my first car as a new driver. I would be happy to replace it myself if they told me the battery is weak in the first place, rather than having the car broken down twice and, still don't want to replace it for me knowing that it's an ongoing problem before selling it. The Good motors limited lacks transparency and honesty. Doesn't recommend.

    I advise anyone not to buy any car before checking every single bits of the car mainly car paint or scratches. I brought Lexus ct200h in November black colour. When I went to buy the they washed it used oil so I wont be able to see the scratches. Well I was alone I brought didnt looked it properly but when I washed the car properly the car was full of scratches it needs a lot of work and polish. I will post the photos tomorrow.

    DO NOT BUY FROM THESE ROGUES!!! CAR NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. We attended on bank holiday Monday after enquiring about a car we'd seen online , when we got there the car was ready fornua to test drive didn't ask for a license and told us which way to go foe a 100 meter test drive all seemed fine so we bought the car on finance and drove home, 3 days later was struggling to start 5 Day's later doesn't start no more WE RANG THEM THEY SAID TO GET IT TOWED TO A GARAGE not even knowing we had Rac breakdown cover with the car as they never mentioned this . Got their towed to a garage and left. We spoke to the finance company and told them we wanted to reject the car and hand it back as it was having problems with the gearbox also, under consumer law within 14 days we can hand the car back which they suggested and to contact the sales garage which we did on the Monday and they were rude saying we test drove the car nothing wrong with it we cannot hand back and they won't collect it and put the phone down (call recordered) the finance company are now dealing with this and the car is stranded after 5 days of buying it. What I don't understand Is ehat are they thinking we will win this case under the law they just don't want to pay the finance company there money back!!! But they will have to in the end.
