From the moment we arrived at the shop till we left the staff extremely helpful and couldn't do enough for me, dress is amazing and would highly recommend for any bride to be to book in with this shop

Had a small problem with a dress I bought from here and the staff went above and beyond to help. Would recommend Brides of Bury to anyone getting married, attending a prom or a fancy event!

*ignore the bad reviews/comments left by other users regarding (sewing post) I found my dream dress here after a massive let down from wed2be! I would highly recommend this shop the staff are amazing I cried when I tried on my dress I'm so happy I often stare at it hung up waiting for my special day this August I will update my post when married as hiding the dress *Also ignore the bad reviews/comments left by other users regarding (sewing post) it's a wedding dress shop the dresses are expensive I also got told not to take off the rails as can get damage or dirty I agreed I also continued to purchase my dress from the shop There only protecting the dresses!

Absolutely amazing service! The lovely ladies, Katie, Mandy and Jackie went to the ends of the earth to find me a beautiful bridal gown. Nothing was to much trouble and they treated me like royalty. Thank you so much for making my dreams come true! Xx

Awful experience today. My daughters doing a sewing degree and likes to look at second hand wedding dresses to up cycle them and get inspiration. The lady working there shouted at her for taking a dress off the rail to look at it and show me. The lady then proceeded to tell me that even children are told not to touch by their parents. My daughter is 20. Weve never been treated like that anywhere. We had tried on a hair band that we were considering buying so Mayb that bothered her. The wedding dresses are all pinned up to not trail the floor but she insisted my daughter was dragging it on the floor. We intended to spend quite a bit of money there, but well never be going back now. I usually dress v smart, but I wore a puffer coat today. I cant help thinking she was somehow prejudiced against us because of our look perhaps. Horrible lady, Therefore the shop becomes horrible. Def one to avoid. .
