        Ordered a mattress they had in stock for delivery the following week. Arranged a morning delivery so ensued someone was home. By lunchtime when no delivery had arrived, I called and was advised the mattress was on the van so we waited the rest of the day but no delivery or call to advise of any issues. There was no attempt to deliver at a later date or even call me to say there was a problem or apologise. We have used Atkins Beds in the past but will definitely not use again.

        Have used these people a few times now and never disappointed. Visited yesterday to buy a bed base for our son who has SEN. The lady was very helpful guiding us through the various options. She even offered to have the existing base removed and the new base installed. Really friendly and helpful service, and good value too.
