My car was written off in an accident so I was on the lookout for a new car and came across one on Autotrader at Oakwood motors. Im from Scotland so I contacted them and told them about my situation and they couldnt have been more helpful and accommodating. The kept me updated on the progress of the car and let me know as soon as it was ready. I wasnt able to get down to the dealership for a week due to work but this wasnt an issue. When I got down to Bury Lewis came to collect me in the car from the train station. The process when we got back was seamless and an all round 10/10 experience. Would definitely recommend.

Bought a Seat Leon from Oakwood Motors recently and the experience was great from beginning to end. James was very helpful and friendly. Answered all out questions and helped keep the price within my budget as after test driving I knew i needed the car! Would definitely recommend!

Had a great experience with Oakwood's Sam who is a credit to the company. Very friendly, patient and helpful when it came to us selecting, reserving and purchasing our car. Although the customer service is good, but the cars have a nasty reputation of hiding some of the worst problems like, bad body repair job. Even though its hasnt been listed as a written off vehicles. I bought a Audi A6 in 2016 in black , and straight away the car had already been in a major accident. Why was it not listed as an accident repair? Why was the sales person saying theres nothing wrong with the defects at the time of the sale? You have been conned by these rats! Turns out that my vehicle had another accident by someone who was passing by my home. Took it to get it repaired, and the guess what? The damm car was repaired by the worst person by filling up the gaps with a filler to bud the damage. Be aware be very aware!!!
