Went here in need of framing a priceless sentimental painting, having no prior knowledge of the business. Received outstanding and sympathetic customer service. No request was too small, didn't feel hurried or pressured into making a framing decision at all, and the advice and attention to detail given to me was amazing. No 'upselling' or pressure sales tactics, just a professional owner who was able to help me choose the best frame and glass to match and protect my painting according to my needs. Excellect communication throughout the process, and the finished product looks amazing; very high quality at a reasonable price. Thoroughly recommended business. Fabulous showroom and picture gallery! Also a very professional framing service by Chris and Vlasta. They and their team have supplied and framed many pictures for me over the years and just recently they have supplied and framed a military photograph of my father and his army medals etc. Suffice to say they have made an excellent job of it again! Beautiful nostalgic pictures of past times.Large spacious, safe gallery and lovely staff. They now sell lovely quality occasion cards and mugs with the artist's prints on.

Thrilled with my purchase. The prints are absolutely beautiful and have provided such a delightful walk down memory lane.
