DONT PLACE A ORDER!!!!!Ordered and the payment went through, I got a email confirmation but the shop is closed!!! Robbing c##ts!!!! I want to know who owned that shop!!!

Where do I start Customer service -1/10. Food 8/10 thats if it actually turns up to your home. Just to save everyone some time dont bother calling their phone they cant be bothered to answer it.. I have had 3 situations where I will make an order for delivery and they will cancel the order but take the money without my knowledge or they dont deliver your food but mark it as delivered. Yesterday I waited 3 and a Half hours for my food which never turned up, we called them in total of 47 times every call went through but was never picked up so I went to Pick my food up even though I paid for delivery, the shutters were down and the lights were on inside.. overall I will never be ordering from here ever again the customer service is absolutely awful and their phone is more of an ornament since they never pick it up.
