I ordered a burger and told them my allergys (they was ignored burger came full of everything I couldnt have) I rang up to ask about getting a plain one and got told that I never informed them when I did . The person who spoke on the phone was very very rude . Customer service skills 0/10 they think they are always right what happened to the customer is always correct ! seems the only people who get on well with this place is friends and family dont be fooled . Also my brownie was frozen also if u give bad feedback u will more then likely get abuse off the owner save the hassle and order players Not to mention most of these reviews are from family , workers biased shame I even have to put one star EDIT - from the owners response u can see how In denial they are . I dont need to lie about making a order from u ! This is my own opinion and my experience with your place . I never stated when I placed my order either . Unprofessional bunch of criminals trying to run a buisness . Maybe take on the feedback instead of calling everyone liars and its Lauren flood. U cant keep arguing with people for not giving u a good review . Weirdos
