I contacted John Allan Aquariums after some information regarding my Eheim aquarium & they got back to me very quickly with all I needed to know. Excellent customer service.

Some time ago I had an issue with a filter and posted it back to Germany under warranty. Long story but Parcell Force lost the package, admitted that they had done so, and then refused to compensate me a penny due to a clause in their contract.They didn't even offer to,refund this postage ! I contacted the European Rep for Eheim who put me on to the uk company John Allan. I ended up speaking to Allan who could not have been kinder or more helpful and resolved my problem immediately. I cant speak highly enough of this company and their attitude to customer service which is increasingly more rare. This company as been around for years and years and this is why.

Mr Allen has been lovely, patient, kind and extremely helpful in aiding me with a problem i was having with my eheim filter. Did i mention patient? Despite having no real obligation to help me, simply the fact that it was an eheim pump still under guarantee, even though i never bought it from him, was enough for him to offer to repair it for free, then when i pulled it apart myself he summoned more of that patience and has sent me the necessary parts at no cost to me, and spent ages talking me through how to reassemble. Not enough customer service like this these days, not enough people like Mr Allen these days! A true gem who goes above and beyond and honestly left me feeling a little better about the human race. Don't hesitate to buy from him.
