Pure White Events

Pretty shocking service. The company itself is not professional, treat staff illegally and simply do not care about anything other than the paycheck. If you're looking for a company you can trust who will look after your event, look elsewhere. They served one of their staff members blueberries leftovers as a vegan meal, what a joke.

Nice people disapointing service. Booked whites for charity event for people with learning disabilities needed 100 burgers ready to be served at 20.00 didnt happen. 15-20 min late some burgers under cooked and had to be redone.. colleague in attendance has also changed her mind about whites catering for her wedding.

The food was excellent at our wedding catering for 110 people. So many guests said it was the best wedding food they had ever had. The staff were all so friendly and efficient. My only comment would be sometimes slow to reply to email, so just call if quick response needed. Can not fault the team on our wedding day.

We hired the Trailblazer BBQ and ice cream tricycle for our party. Paul was helpful as he agreed to supply these dry and this meant we could cook all day and our guests treat themselves to ice creams whenever they liked. Delivery was easy since Paul and Ed set everything up for us and explained how to get the best from the BBQ. Our guests loved the BBQ (that became an excellent hand warmer later on that night) and the kids made the most of ice creams. Dealing with the White Group really was easy. Invoices and confirmations are sent through the post and we felt assured throughout. Paul is friendly and was more than happy to let me have a wonder around the office and warehouse to have a look at what else we may hire for future events. We'd definitely recommend them.

I am very disappointed with Pure White Events. I contacted them to get a quote for my wedding catering. We went to have a meeting to discuss what we wanted and no one was there, they had forgotten to meet us. I contacted them with no reply for a week. I then contacted them again and the apologised for their over sight. We had a really good meeting and they had some great ideas. This was 2 months ago and despite promises from various different people they have never contacted me with a quote or any further information. I am deeply disappointed in their service and I could not recommend them to anyone as I would think they would also let them down as well.
