Asked for a quote for a tattoo to be used as a cover up for an old faded one. I got quoted a ludicrous 90 per hour! Not a chance!
Recommendation:
Your best bet is to keep shopping around as you'll come across a better price, can't comment on the quality of the tattooist as not willing to try at that price.
