        I have been attending Pilates classes now for a few months having received physio at the clinic many years ago for a prolapsed disc. The classes are varied and well run by knowledgeable staff and I have found all of the staff to be friendly and welcoming. The premises are Covid secure too.

        I have been working with Hayely for just over a year now through physio sessions and pilates classes. I cannot recommend Hayley highly enough and feel extremely lucky to have someone with her knowledge and enthusiasm so close to me.
