I booked reflexology for mums birthday (quite last minute!). Rosanna was so accommodating and very helpful- she answered all of my queries very promptly and was so kind and considerate. Amazing customer service. Mum said Rosanna was very polite, very knowledgable in the field of reflexology and very welcoming, friendly and professional. There was a very relaxing atmosphere, and the session left mum feeling calm and relaxed for the rest of the day. Rosanna is the loveliest person and is so good at making you feel relaxed and at ease. Reflexology really helps me with headaches and also sleep - its clear that Rosanna really cares about her profession.

Where to even startIll admit at first time foot reflexology appt, I was hesitant that Id be able to relax, especially since I didnt know what to expect, nor had I experienced Chinese medicine before. Not only did I go back a second time but with the help of lovely Rosannas guided breathing exercises and soft voice, I was able to get out of my own head and take an hour just for me. I felt emotions and physical sensations that Id kept bottled up or that Id never felt before; drifting off to sleep on one occasion. I learned a lot about how my physical and mental health are reflected in my feet and where I hold my stress. She takes notes throughout of her findings and walks you through the results and gives homework for your next appt, sending you home with a printout of those findings. Not that you can put a price on physical and mental health but her prices are very reasonable.

What's better to start your birthday day with such a treatment as it's reflexology!! It's relaxing, and rejuvenates you at the same time!! A perfect treat for your organism!! Rosanna is a brilliant professional and every time her findings surprise me. She really makes you feel comfortable and relaxed and is a lovely person!! Definitely worth the try!!!
