        They let out our current home to us, they were very kind and understanding. We are currently moving out and they have been very kind in arranging viewings around times that suit us. Very friendly team members.

        We have book a viewing 3 days ago and 30min before our appointment they rang us to cancel the appointment because the landlord decided COUPLE DAYS AGO to go ahead with another interested person. Ok it's make sense but why you didn't let us know day before about cancellation? We took a day off from work and we've lost it.
