This place is great for training martial arts if you're bored of doing the same old workouts over and over. Beginner classes and mixed and advanced classes. Everyone is so friendly. Functional training area too and the option to do private lessons. Recently had brand new flooring to train on. Go and give it a try if you want a new hobby, some new friends, or just to change your athletic training.
