Have been working with David for a few months. Excellent trainer. Provides a good mix of cardio and strength work and specifically takes a lot of care where you are coming back from injury or operation. Highly recommend.

Really enjoyable training sessions both indoors and outdoors. You always end up working hard doing a variety of exercises, so by the end of a session you feel blasted. Dave makes the sessions fun and scales them to all ability levels, so I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get fitter and stronger.
