Thanks very much for your prompt and kind help. I needed urgent help with an eye problem and walked into the shop. The optician, James, kindly attended to me immediately with expert care. This really was above and beyond my expectations.

I took my relatively new glasses into the shop today which I had managed to damage quite badly, while getting the Christmas decorations out of the loft! As always the staff where so helpful. Many thanks to Nick for straightening out my horribly bent glasses, what a great job, I really didn`t think it would be possible.

Excellent service, I cant thank the staff enough. Youve been brilliant. My 15 month old little boy needed his first pair of glasses after being seen by the hospital. As a Mum I found this very upsetting and traumatic but the ladies at Scotts were amazing as he got really upset about trying the glasses on. They spent time with him playing tractors and building his confidence, nothing was too much trouble. When we returned to have his glasses fitted today Andrew was fabulous, he explained every last detail, put our minds at rest, nothing was too much trouble, he was amazing with my little boy. I seriously have never experienced a service like it. Im so happy with my little boys tomato glasses, after thinking he wouldnt keep them on, hes reaction has been amazing, my boy can see!!! Thanks to the team at Scotts. Excellent customer service!!
