        Good service and helpful staff with consultations and resulting services at a reasonable price. Only issues I faced was when collecting my new glasses, it took 40mins until I was able to be seen and everyone was sent to a small area to wait so a number of people had to stand

        After a horrid experience at another local opticians, i had extremely helpful, knowledgeable and courteous help from Connor (apprentice) and James yesterday. In fact every member of staff we interacted with was polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend to others.

        Specsavers was very helpful when I went back because the eyepads were irritating my nose. I then went on holiday and realised the glasses were still not quite right ... and there was a Specsavers - in Bergen! He was very helpful (speaking English) and now I am completely satisfied.
