I had been searching for a while to find a used Countryman for use as an additional family car but primarily for my son to use travelling to and from university but nothing of note was showing locally, so I widened the search and happened upon a very low mileage one at Mini Bury St Edmunds. I have bought cars via the manufacturers used website before (I would never chance it with an independent), but they have always been in London or around the south of England (we live near Brighton), so this was a bit of a trek, however Alex @ Jardine could not have made it easier for us. From the initial enquiry to delivery to our home, I was sent a video of the car pointing out all the features and any failings which would be rectified, the car was then delivered for free to home by a lovely chap who wouldnt leave until he was sure we were totally satisfied. My son is now the main driver of a lovely Blue low mileage Countryman Cooper S and he couldnt be happier. Thanks Alex and team, you made it very easy to buy, take delivery and enjoy a great car and furthermore buying used from a mini dealer does take a lot of the angst away from a distance purchase, after all cars are not cheap and not everyone in the world is a nice as Jardine Mini

What a seamless process we had buying a mini. We reserved the car online and Declan contacted us briefing the next steps. On a weekend we went and did the documentation , got everything done within 2 hours and drove our car home. They made sure everything in the car is perfect and it was like new. Very happy with the car and experience. Very well done Declan and Jardine Mini team.
