14 weeks. thats how long Ive been waiting, calling, emailing to get the dealership to send over a copy of the service record for the car I purchased, before finally having to go to head office. I have given up trying to get the other issues with my vehicle sorted. Mike Coe and his team inc. Paul Rae are nothing more than stereotypical cowboy used car salesmen with just the Mazda warranty giving them a facade of credibility. My advice - go anywhere else but here.

Purchased a car from Paul Rae at Donalds Mazda and couldn't have asked for a better, smoother or more customer-focussed experience. Paul was super-helpful, really switched on and made the whole experience seamless, even when there was a Bank Holiday weekend involved. Really impressed by the fair pricing, generous part exchange and easy sales process. Car is pristine inside and out and drives really well. Really impressed and sad we live too far away to return to Donalds for ongoing service and maintenance. Great service and great car. Thank you.
