        Started training Krav in August 2022 with Norm. Whether you want a private lesson or attend classes, can't fault any of it. He has great knowledge in MMA and I have learned so much from him in Krav, Juijitsu. JKD and recently Judo too. What takes his passion to a new level is that MMA and training is his lifestyle not just his job. 100% recommended

        The coaches here are passionate about martial arts and in helping you achieve your goals. Norm (owner & head coach) has over 30 years experience in martial arts and is highly skilled and loves sharing his knowledge and helping others. It is a very friendly club and all abilities are very welcome. I started with no experience in JDK and felt very welcome and supported. The training helps me for my work, but also for my fitness and confidence. It is very reasonably priced for the level of coaching you receive. Exceptional value. Really recommend.
