The advertisement says no completion no fee, the lady I spoke to Sharon advised the same actually guaranteed this, which is why I went with them. Then out of nowhere I was hit with several hidden charges. I do not trust this firm.

I was looking for a conveyance solicitor for my house purchase and tried online and although CMS felt a bit pushy in response I am aglad that they did as it made me look at them in more detail and found them better than others I had initiated contact with. Communication was strong and the service was great. The solicitors that were recommended were also very good and responsive to my needs. Certainly would recommend them and use them myself in the future :-)
