UPS Bury St Edmunds Centre

Awful service. Can't get an honest answer. My parcel of Christmas presents to family has allegedly been sat in the Bury St Edmunds sorting office for a week so far and all the information I get is "delivery will be the next working day". I am trying to establish if I can now collect it myself. I would prefer if they were honest and told me they didn't have a clue and it is probably lost.

total shambles. been waiting for my parcel delivery that was due between 10am and 2pm today at my place of work. it did not arrive during the timeslot and had no updates whatsoever. it was only when i rang the support that i had a call from this local depot to say that my package was loaded into the wrong postcode and the driver had no knowledge of it until i chased it up. Now I have an answerphone message to say they can deliver at 6pm provided they can get through to me after a second call 5 mins later to confirm or they will deliver tomorrow. i have no phone signal here but if they at least left a contact number i could have called back to say please still deliver tonight. now i am stuck in limbo as not sure if it is coming tonight or tomorrow. TOTAL SHAMBLES. i'm staying at work late against my will in limbo. Worst service ever......

Absolutely useless both myself and the supplier contacted UPS about this shipment and still one part is waiting to be shipped back to the supplier according to your website. And as you can't talk to anyone who had even the most tenuous grasp of the English language I'm assuming that's where it will end up .Here's a few pointers UPS . Firstly if you need to deliver something then try knocking on the door not scurrying up to the letter box leaving an invoice then driving off, as the security cameras show. Now about the invoice Polish and British currencies are not the same so try calculating the duty on the right one, not some random figure you made up. Staff the call center with people that have an inkling of an idea that you deal in delivering things, or at least have some sort of knowledge on how a phone works so people don't get repeatedly cut off when supposedly being put through to someone else, I'm assuming further down the communication ladder .Finally just do your job and deliver something when required its not rocket science.

Parcel stated out for delivery on 22nd December, waited in all day. Driver pulled up outside at 5pm. Opened the door to find he had driven off without delivering. Now told 29th!! It got from Italy to Bury St Edmunds quicker than these muppets can deliver 20 miles!!
