Worked with Alpha on a few direct and indirect clients over the years. I've seen nothing but a professional outcome from using Alpha myself, and feedback from various clients over six years at least.

Excellent service from Alpha Executive Cars from start to finish. Easy to book, emails answered quickly. Driver very smart, on time and at agreed location. Beautiful clean car and really appreciated the bottles of water. Just what we needed after a long flight. Would not hesitate to recommend and hope we have the chance to use your services again - thank you.

Awful service. David (the owner) left me stranded at Stansted, leaving me to find my own way home. He texted me 15 minutes before my flight was due to depart from Marseille to tell me that his driver had been involved in an accident and the car was a write off. He said that he had been trying to get cover from local partners but without luck. He promised to remain in touch. That was the last I heard from him. Neither did he contactmy husband, as requested. I would have expected a phone call or letter of apology upon my return home, but nothing....not a word. Contingency planning for breakdowns, accidents and traffic should be a top priority for a business such as this. His website claims that they take good customer service very seriously - what a joke! Good customer service would have been to arrange a local taxi firm to pick me up and cover the cost themselves. That would have ensured a loyal customer for life. As it is, I will shout from the rooftops that this is a Mickey mouse outfit who are not to be trusted with your travel plans.
