I cannot recommend Moore & Stone highly enough. I had been let down by my original builders and Wes and Matt literally came to our rescue. The workforce were a pleasure to have about and were hard working and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. If I ever had a problem it was dealt with immediately. We completed the project from afar so once a week we met on site and I trusted them to get on with the job. I was always given time and never made to feel like I was being difficult which, occasionally, I suspect I was. Our cottage which was literally a disaster area has been turned into a gorgeous, working home and we are absolutely delighted with the outcome.

Absolutely awful! Works took far longer and costs escalated. More often than not they did not turn up and a job that should have taken 4 months took 18!! Had the staircase maker turn up for money as they had not paid them when I had. Plus I had paid a considerable amount more. Unhappy staff team and house has been left worse than when they started
