        Lovely shop with lovely people! I needed something that wasnt in the shop, so they offered to call me when it came in. Being hearing impaired they didn't mind texting me at all - it's surprising how many places look at you in horror when you ask for a text rather than a call, but it was no problem and I wasn't made to feel 'different' which can also happen. Highly recommend, super helpful & friendly

        It was my first time ordering from this website and i will definitely be ordering again, quick delivery over the christmas period, very friendly staff and my jellycat bunny was wrapped up and packaged beautifully! Highly recommend.
