        Every month myself and my wife need ongoing medication that we obtain from Boots Chemists in Bury St Edmunds.Recent prescriptions are always short of some items.The surgery always blame Boots and they blame the surgery.Sometimes i am told my blood tests are not up to date which is totally incorrect.I feel one or the other parties mentioned is not being very truthfull about the reasons for this and it is getting beyond a joke to sort out.

        Cant get an appointment cant even speak to doctor no wonder A+E are busy. There's no help, your left feeling like your on your own. I have never felt so let down. This week mental health assessment missed gp told them I was fine until next week how about asking me the patient. 72 hour assessment to replace that did not happen what a suprise clearly not a priority really dont care, unless you have a pain? and 2 weeks to speak to gp. ? What a bloodly mess. The NHS is broken.
