Swan Surgery

From my experience Swan has always been a helpful and friendly surgery. I've never had an issue getting appointments or referals for me or my children and the care I've received has always been top notch. Can take a while to get appointments hence 4 stars but once I have one I've always received great care.

Some of the Drs and some admin and reception staff are professional, yet the ones that arent are giving the practice such a bad and un-professional reputation. Some Drs dont listen and write down the opposite of what I have said. I have complained and now I have received better treatment. However, recently I had a skin legion removed from back back and this went smoothly and I would recommend this sort of procedure at this practice. And Im light of this I have changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars. If I was just reviewing the skin legion removal it would be a 5 star rating. I will not be moving surgeries as I feel that due to my complex medical needs, and memory and concentration problems.

I have been coming to this surgery for many years and Im pleased to say , Ive rarely encountered any problems . More recently Ive been through a very difficult patch in my life , and predominantly , have been seeing Lauren Rottman . I cannot fault this lady in anyway. I have felt really low and really worried and she gives me the lift and confidence I need to sort stuff out . She is bright , enthusiastic, encouraging and so supportive . She is very professional and so kind and caring and extremely knowledgeable. I have started to feel better the ministry Ive left the surgery , thanks to her positivity and encouragement You couldnt wish for a better doctor .
