Dr S Garrod - Angel Hill Surgery

I can never get an appointment as they're apparently always full. Considering a change of Doctor Surgery. However, compared to what I hear about other doctors around here and friends being mis-diagnosed by other surgeries, I am relieved with the actual doctors at Angel Hill (for the most part) I usually feel listened to, but there are times where I've had to go back more than once in order to actually get any sort of diagnosis.

Always had excellent service from reception, pharmacy and all the doctors , I cannot fault this surgery, by far the best I have ever belonged to, I would be very happy to recommend them all

The service is always good, but it's impossible to get through to them on the phone some days. Really frustrating when you have to work full time so can't just walk in to talk to someone. Had a call back earlier which I couldn't take, so have been trying to return their call on and off for an hour since then.
