Kaspa's Bury St Edmunds

Too sickly too much chocolate and the milkshakes was melted by time they came out. Staff was also not wearing any gloves to make the food and the floors was sticky and had left over food on. Staff was also rude and just had a conversation with each other whilst I was waiting to be served. Although the poor behaviour the milkshakes were nice yet over priced 25 for 4 things! Definitely wont be coming again. For me kaspas is very over rated the only thing decent in this joint is the milkshake which I had to pay an arm and leg for. secondly I perchaced a cookie dough, one thing I will say is outrageous! Was like willy wonkers chocolate factory exploding in my mouth, following a huge ball of sick. I also had samanella for filled kinder bueno pieces. Absolutely outrageous. Staff are nice tho they helped a lot

My first ever visit to a Kaspa's and you know what... It wasn't too bad! I had a strawberry cheesecake sundae and it was as to be expected really. The service was lovely and quick and all with a nice smile. Being a Saturday afternoon, I had thought that it was going to be far busier but, maybe because of the size of the place, it didn't seem crowded or noisy at all. All in all, a good little experience and it probably a place that I would return to.
