Argos Bury St Edmunds in Sainsbury's

Waited 40 minutes after the pick up time while my item was brought round from the back when it arrived it looked like theyd kicked it round the warehouse. Ive been using Argos for years but its gone downhill and become pointless. Ill just use another internet site with delivery from now on. Argos has had its day! Ill give them one star today as the person serving was pleasant.

Dealt with Lauren who was absolutely fantastic and a credit to your company. Had to return a product but was struggling to find the receipt. Both put our heads together and after a couple of visits got it all sorted. Being in customer service myself Lauren really showed how its done correctly. Thanks again for all the help. Ben King

Very friendly and helpful staff! Went shopping for a new laptop (Chromebook) here for our grandmother. We had picked one we were interested in in advance on the website. The staff were patient and helpful in allowing us to take it out of the box to make sure gran was comfortable with the laptop before we decided to purchase. Friendly, polite and helpful! All done, in and out in less than 10 minutes. Great stuff
