This clean, tidy, reasonably sized and well stocked branch certainly offered me a purchase opportunity but, being as I am clothing size S, stock was limited for me on this occasion.
I took my sportswear top to the pay desk and watched how Marcus jumped to till duty as the queue started to grow. Soon enough his cheery smile welcomed me over, chit-chat was had as he carefully placed my purchase into a bag, swiped my points card and took the payment. He is a young man definitely focused on customer satisfaction and is a genuine ambassador for TK Maxx.
