Sycamore House Dental Practice

I'm probably one of the most nervous patients any dental practice could come across and have had some bad experiences with other dentists in the past, but as for Sycamore House, it's completely different. From the moment I set foot in the practice I was made to feel at ease, everyone was so kind and understanding, Rachel the receptionist was just lovely, as was Supriya, the dental nurse. Dr Conway was brilliant & ready to listen to my concerns & explained the treatment I should have & when I had the treatment, it was nothing like I feared it may be, it was absolutely fine! I can honestly say, I've never had such a positive experience at the dentist before. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Sycamore House. Thank you again for your help.

Being an absolutely petrified new patient...due to many horrible experiences..I cannot recommend this practise strongly enough..Mr Conway was caring and patient with me and explained everything as we went along and put me at ease..All the staff from Rachel the receptionist to dental nurses are kind and considerate...a credit to this dental surgery

All the staff are very polite, pleasant but most importantly highly experienced in their field of dentistry. You will always get a warm welcome and be given the results of the examination in a clear, open and helpful manner. There is never pressure to make a quick decision, and queries are always welcomed and answered. I have been a patient here for about 5 years and extremely satisfied with all the treatment and advice which has been given.
