I ordered some materials from Antistat. I paid 10 to have the items delivered to my door. Antistat used UPS for delivery. UPS dumped the delivery at a Collection Point and not to my door, claiming that they had made attempts to have the items delivered. My partner and myself was in the whole time that UPS was claiming that there was nobody in, so UPS was lying. I did not know that the delivery had gone to the Collection Point. The items were sent back to Antistat. Antistat charged me for the delivery of the items! I explained to customer services that it was not true that UPS tried many times to deliver and asked them to ask UPS for the evidence that they had tried to deliver. Antistat did not care and was not helpful at all after taking the delivery money. Dealing with Antistat customer services was a horrible experience, I had to beg to get my money back without 10 for postage.
