Absolute incompetence of the workers at Rochdale Hornet run by geenking . The workers are full of the flu coughing and spluttering over customers food how is this acceptable this day in age with our country suffering from COVID illnesses. I suggest something is done about this suppid behaviour of your workers. If I become unwell I will be formally taking your company to court for negligence. These worker should not be working in a food environment.

Party of six went to the rowing machine witney, for a curry very poor service awful curry, two of six meals did not arrive with the other six, chicken was inedible, curry sauce was very watery, overall very disappointed.

Went to the mitre on the 23 August and when our meal arrived ( half way through ) discovered a burger missing along with beef burnt end? We were offered another burger but as we had nearly finished we said no .If you order from a menu you expect to receive what it states? On this occasion no ! Have had an email from Im assuming the manager of the Mitre Portswood saying sorry and a voucher would be sent in a separate email ? Nothing .No further response which has been very disappointing .I use to work for John Lewis in Southampton and a complaint was always dealt with efficiently .In your case alas no .
