New conservator doors fitted by Bradley and Tom. They did a great job, and left the place very tidy. Nice to have new doors that I can open and not damage my arm. Also nice to have a lower threshold which my husband can step over with ease. Doors are excellent quality

A really good service. The reason weve been back to this company. Problems are always overcome and the attention to detail consistent.

Great service from the initial sales to the fitting. Good choice of windows and clearly explained. The fitters were very professional and helpful. Everything was left clean and tidy . New doors fitted as well with a good choice of designs. Excellent service and can recommend.

I have had all my windows and doors replaced by FCD, they were brilliant. I am super happy with the finished result and the team that fitted (Bradley & Tony) were brilliant, you wouldn't have known they had been, the place was left spotless. Thanks guys.

Avoid this company at all costs. Everything about the simple job of having French doors fitted with a flush threshold for access to my garden when Im in my wheelchair has gone wrong. They were told we also wanted the radiator moving and instead a slim, upright chrome/similar product fitting on another wall. We were told the plumber would call in and ask what radiator we wanted and where, this never happened. Instead, a very large, white, radiator, that certainly wasnt slimline, chrome or even upright was installed instead. I had to have it removed and explain why to the plumber. The products supplied are not what we want, nor are they doing the work we said we wanted doing, instead just installing whatever they have and even sawing it to make it fit?! This makes any warranty on said frames useless as the frames have been damaged with a saw!?! This is certainly not what we were promised nor is it in any way, shape or form what we signed up for when we agreed a contract with this company for them to carry out the work. I was told no one was going to come despite today being the fifth day so I made my arrangements fit around this company Will update when I can but for now, I simply advise, personally, never even consider this company if you want hassle free fitting of products they promise to install, only to have something Im unable to use as a disabled person. The stress and anxiety this simple, three day job maximum as we were told it would be has turned into my worst nightmare about getting someone in to do this to begin with. Sadly this review probably wont get published as I havent seen one bad review however I do know that Im not the only customer totally let down by this, for want of a better description, company. Ive spoken with several of the workers and they all said the same thing, this company is useless. The words used were much stronger but Im unable to repeat here, but I must say, I completely agree with the workers. Update. Having informed the company about the damage to the frames, the boss threatened to come take my windows out and leave them boarded up. Threatening a lone, disabled woman because Ive complained about the sawing into the framework. Im at a loss for words but Im not being scared by a building company. Update.. Im still waiting for this company to arrange for this work to be completed. The plumber has them by the short and curlies as hes never available when needed and hes the only one they use. The room is too cold to be able to use so Im unable to enjoy it. Its freezing cold and theres a trench infront of the doors inside, so am unable to use the doors Ive been left with. This has been a nightmare instead of a home improvement to make life easier, its been, and is still, an ongoing nightmare. Please save yourself this hassle and stress. My mental health has deteriorated massively since engaging this company to put some French doors in. For what should have been an easy installation, its been anything but. From threats to a set of doors that look awful. We found our own plumber to fit a radiator as they couldnt provide one despite removing our radiator. Well, the threshold has been lowered so I can use them, well, I could, if Id been allowed to have the step Id spoken to the builder about and that Mr Savage originally agreed to. However, According to Mr Savage, because Im a wheelchair user, Im not able to have what non disabled people are permitted- a step. Instead, he stated, I cant have a step, I either have to have a ramp jutting 12 foot into my tiny garden, or nothing at all. This is incase I have an accident apparently? Never before have I been refused a home upgrade because of my disability. Needless to say we refused the ramp. Ive now engaged another company to carry out the works as Ive requested, mainly a step so I can actually use the doors. In talks with my solicitors as Im being treated appallingly due to being disabled.
